Internship Experience at CV. NURKARYA

I'd like to say hello again, what are you doing? still healthy right? joking friends. You'll still remember me, won't you? Remember, I'm Michael Varrel Putra Nugroho, I'm a 12 year old at SMK N 4 SEMARANG, majoring in Design Modeling and Building Information, I'll let you know about my current business today. I've got a lot of PKL or what's known as work training right now. I'm already doing PKL on the CV. NURKARYA ,I'm part of the group of 4 people working on one team in this work practice.

CV. NUR KARYA has an office at Jl. KI Wongso Kusumo No.16, RT.02 / RW.09,Genuksari, District. Genuk, Semarang City, Central Java. For the project field that is done is in Graha Padma Housing Semarang. This company has been working with Graha Padma for a long time to build residential houses and Tugu police station. Many houses have been built by this company.

When I first entered, I still had to adapt to the environment, workers, bosses, foremen, and everyone involved in building houses. And at the end I was very heavy because there were various obstacles, at the beginning I entered the PKL only working on 4 houses, and unexpectedly at the end of November 2023 our company got a project of 4 houses with 2 floors, 16 houses with 1.5 floors, 1 house with 1 floor, and 1 land built an earth fence. Tired? I was quite exhausted especially lacking support from teammates. But I always believe, But I'm always telling myself, "Whatever can be seen, can be learned".

I've been through this PKL for six months with every problem every day, the conditions and atmosphere of the PKL place may seem difficult to me. Sometimes today there is problem A and tomorrow problem B, mental formation is very much felt during my PKL. I've been taught how to be independent, strong and mentally. minimize my mistakes. In the first month and last month, it was the hardest for me.

During this PKL period, I gained a lot of knowledge, including:
Expert in reading working drawings.
Can and is able to make RAB.
Able to make progress reports for clients.
Successful in making AS BUILT DRAWINGS.
Able to make work time schedule and cuva s.
Able to coordinate with people.
Able to calculate construction progress in a day.
Able to order materials with minimal delay.
Able to make iron barchat for a 2-storey residential house.
Can work in a team.
Able and able to match the drawings with the real situation in the field.
Know the specialty of iron calculation.
Able to calculate bulk goods.
Can make floor plans according to client wishes using AutoCad.
Able to receive material arrival and check the material.
Can estimate how long the material will take to run out if worked on constantly.
Understand the sequence of house construction from 0-100% for both 1-storey and 2- storey houses.
Contributed to the GA of the company where the PKL is located.
Can and able to operate Microsoft Office software.
Able to document field work.
